TENDERS FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2021:

1.   1.Engineering Wing: S-ports KPK Tenders March 2021:

On the basis of the "Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure," sealed bids on the basis of MRS 2020 are invited from reputable firms. The applicant or his authorised person may obtain a copy of the subject Works tender document from the office of the Deputy Director Works, Engineering Wing Sports Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar during office hours until March 29, 2021, upon written request. Bids must be received in the office of the Deputy Director Works, Engineering Wing Sports, by 2:00 PM on March 30, 2021.

Technical bids for the following works will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the conference room of the Directorate General of Sports in the presence of the bidder or their authorised representative:

Name of Work: Develpt: of 1000 PlayNG facilities in KPK ADP #.2024-  180553(2020-21).

i.                  Provi: of F-UTSAL at Tehmas Khan Foot-ball s-tadium, P-eshawar.

ii.                Provi: of F-UTSAL at PCB detached property at Abb-ottabad

iii.               Provi: of F-UTSAL at s-t-a-t-i-o-n road T-a-n-k.

 

Other Conditions:

1. The Bid must be accompanied by the following documents:

a. Bid Defense A financial bid must include 2% of the bid cost or additional security (if required) in the form of a call deposit in (original) in the name of Director General Sports, as well as a surety bond for the same.

The Technical Bid is a bidding process that takes place between two parties.

b. National Identity Card photocopy (CNIC)

c. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the new fiscal year.

d. For the current fiscal year, a valid enlistment certificate from the C&W Department.

2. Only firms with Turf/Track and Futsal experience are eligible to apply.

3. Certificates of completion for sports-related projects such as turf/tracks and futsal.

4- If the bidder's bid/rate is more than 10% below the engineer's estimate, the successful bidder will be asked for additional bid security in the form of a percentage only up to the amount of the bid that is more than 10% below the engineer's estimate. The amount of additional bid security must be equal to the impact of a financial differ: in quoted rates that is more than 10per% below Engineer Estimates.

6- Each bidder may only submit one bid, either individually or as part of a joint venture. Bidders who submit or participate in multiple bids (other than alternative bids as defined in clause IB.16) will be disqualified.

7- Bi-dders must quote rates above or below the BOQ / MRS system on both MRS-2020 and non-MRS systems.

8- Co-mpleted bids must be received by the concerned office on or before the deadline date and time.

9- Any bidder who provides false or fictitious information will be d-isqualified and barred from bidding.

10- The time allotted for completing the work as specified in the work order shall begin when the L-O-A is issued.

11- The bid is valid for ninety (90) days.

12- Successful bidders must sign the department's agreement within twenty-eight (28) days of receiving the LOA.

2.  Gomal Medical College Invitation of Bids March 2021

1. For the fiscal year 2020-21, the Dean/Chief Executive Gomal Medical College, MTI, Dera Ismail Khan welcomes sealed Bids from Approved Dealers/Manufactures, Importers, and General Order Suppliers of (OMR Scanning Machine with Software & Complete Installation) under National Competitive Bidding.

2. For bidding Singe Stage Single Envelope as per rule of the KPPRA.

3. Willing to participate bidders must acquire an application form, as well as complete specifications (Bidding Documents), from the undersigned's office during regular business hours on any working day until March 24, 2021, for a fee of Rs. 2000/-. (Non-refundable).

4. Interested bidders must submit sealed bids on or before 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2021, to the address below, which will be opened the same day at 12:00 p.m. in the presence of these bidders or their representatives, if they want to attend the process.

6. Bids must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD), or Call Deposit (CDR) in the name of the undersigned. Ordinary Cheques will not be accepted as bid security. In a nutshell, bid rejection.

7. All government taxes must be included in the bid.

8. The bid must be typed and printed on a computer, and the offered bid price must be written in both words and figures. All pages of the bid must be signed and stamped by an authorised representative of the bidder/firm. Product information in the form of original catalogue Brochures must also be included in the form.

8.The undersigned withhold the right to reject any and all bids in compliance with the conditions of KPPRA Procur: Rules 2014, R-47.
