Electronic bids on E-Tender System for the following works are hereby invited from approved contractors of Irrigation Department who have renewed their registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for the financial year (2021-22) and having valid license of Pakistan Engineering Council (30-06-2023) in the relevant category and code on the below mentioned terms and conditions.

TENDERS IN MARDAN IRRIGATION DIVISION MARDAN

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR E-BIDDING:-

(1) The Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-Bidding on or before the mentioned fixed da e & time. (2) The bidder shall submit the sealed bid with requisite documents including 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost + Tender form Fee (Non-Refundable @ 0.03% of E/Cost) in the shape of call deposit (original) before closing date and time. (3) All bidders should submit their E-Bids as per KPPRA Notification No.S.R.O.(13)/Vol:1-24/2021-22.dated: 10-05-2022/5058-71. (4) All the conditions / instructions given in the bidding documents shall be applicable on all competitive bidders. (5) The bids will be valid for one hundred & twenty days (120) from the bids opening. (6) The bid security upto 3rd lowest bidder will not be released till approval of tender by the competent authority. (7) Call Deposit of Scheduled Banks shall be acceptable. No Bank cheque or pay order shall be acceptable. (8) All the bidders brity are requested to download the bidding documents from the KPPRA website /Irrigation Department Website: www.irrrigation.gkp.pk. (9) Pre-bid meeting will be held on 23-01-2023 in the office of the undersigned at 12.00 Noon. (10) All the bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013(Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No.XXI of 2013). (11) All the prevailing KPPRA rules/Act and other Govt: notifications will be applicable issued from time to time & will become part of bidding documents. (12) The Employer has the authority to reject any bid or all the bids assigning cogent reasons.
