Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates can submit online application within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement.

2. All appointments will be made as per the prevailing recruitment rules/policy of the Federal Government.

3.Relaxation in age limit will be admissible as per prevailing rules.

4 Age will be estimated from the last date of submission of applications.

5. The importance of the candidate will be determined on the basis of his educational qualification allotted for each post.

6- A candidate can apply for more than one vacancy by submitting online application separately for each vacancy.

7. Only Shortland candidates will be called for Test and Interview.

8- At the time of interview, candidates should provide original documents along with certified copies of all relevant documents.

9.Candidates who have already served in government jobs should submit application through departmental channel and provide NOC at the time of interview.

 10 - Late applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.

 11. No TAJDA will be given for appearing in test and interview.

12- Application submitted late will not be considered.

13- Muhammad National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process for the purpose of partial or full increase in the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason.
