Sealed tenders are invited for the following items as per the mentioned below details.(TENDER NOTICE)

Tender should reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 17/01/2023 at11:00 A.M which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives who ever wish to attend. The Bid security shall be submitted from the account of the firm/bidder/contractor who submits the bid in favor of Dean Khyber Medical College, Peshawar.

TENDER NOTICE KHYBER MEDICAL COLLEE,PESHAWAR (MTI)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - (TENDER NOTICE)

1. Procurement will be made as per KPPRA rules 2014.

 2. Only typed tender on original prescribing letter pad, sealed & signed should be submitted, the quoted Price must be printed and hand written quoted prices are not acceptable. The tenders must be according to this institution, specifications; double rates for one item will not be accepted.

3. A pre bid meeting will be held on dated: 05/01/2023 at 11:00 AM in the conference room KMC.

4. Registration with KPRA is mandatory wherever applicable.

5. No conditional tender will be acceptable. 6. The rates approved will be valid till 30-6-2023.

7. A detailed list of specification of required items can be obtained from the Office of the Assistant Manager Procurement KMC during working hours (Saturday & Sunday is not working day). The specification is also available on our web-site www.kmc.edu.pk Phone No: 091-9221385-9.

8. The bid security in the shape of Pay order (PO) will not be accepted.

9. The competent Authority has the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, after assigning valid reasons.
