TENDER NOTICE FOR "CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL" OF 2.6 MW MACHAI HPC, ALO, DISTRICT
MARDAN
Sealed bids are invited from
the eligible contractors in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014 on single stage
single envelop for the "CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL OF 2.6 MW MACHAI
HPC, DISTRICT MARDAN". Interested bidders must meet the following minimum
terms and conditions:
AAJ: 5th January 2023
Terms & Conditions:
1. The bidder must have Valid
PEC registration in category C-4 or above.
2. The bidder must be
registered with the FBR and shall be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATPL). Proof
of ATPL status on closing date shall be attached.
3. The bidder must be
registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and shall be on
the Active Tax Payer List (ATPL). Proof of ATPL status on closing date shall be
attached.
4. The Firm/JV should not be
black listed by any Government or Autonomous Body. (Provide affidavit on
original stamp paper that firm is not blacklisted).
5. Interested firms are
requested to obtain bidding documents on submission of written request and
payment of Rs. 2000/- in the shape of demand draft/CDR in favor of Director
O&M PEDO, from the office of the undersigned during working hours from the
next day of advertisement.
6. The bidding documents will
not be issued on the last date of bid submission.
7. The Last date for bid
submission is 23.01.2023 till 14:00 Hrs. and the proposal shall be opened in
the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who chose to
attend, on the same day at 14:30 Hrs, in the Office of the Resident Engineer,
