NOTICE INVITING E-BIDDING

(SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPS E-BIDING SYSTEM)

C&W Mega Project Division Mardan, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Electronic Bids from 513 eligible Firms / Contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on Single Stage Two Envelops procedure for the following work:

TENDERS IN C&W MEGA PROJECTS DIVISION MARDAN

1. Bill of Quantities (8.0.0), Instructions to Bidder (ITB) can be download from C&W Official Website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) before the submission date/time.

2. All the bidders are required to be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act. 2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No XXI of 2013).

3. i. The contractors quoting their bids up to a limit of 10% below Engineer estimate shall submit bid security @2% only of Engineer Estimate.

ii. The contractors quoting their bids more than 10% below upto 20% below on Engineers' Estimate shall submit along with their bids 8% Additional Security of Engineer's Estimated cost in addition to 2% bid security. If the bid is not accom is not accompanied with the required amount of additional security then it will be considered red as non-responsive and the 2% bid security shall be forfeited in favour of Government and V the second lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.

iii. [Similarly, a contractor quoting bid more than 20% below shall submit with his bid an additional security on Engineer's Estimated cost equal to the differentsal amount of submitted bid and Engineers' Estimate along with detailed rate analysis]. In case of more than 20% below bids, if the bid is not accompanied by the detailed rate analysis and / or required amount of additional security, then the said bid shall be considered as non-responsive. All the securities submitted along with such non-responsive bid shall be forfeited in favour of Government and the 2nd lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.

4. The Financial Bid opening date will be intimated to all concerned after finalization of the Technical Evaluation by the Procurement Committee.

 5. Only those Firms/Contractors will be eligible for the work who have worked in the relevant field as well as relevant codes.

6. All the bidders are required to submit the Pakistan Engineering Council 2022-23, NTN (Active FBR Certificate 2-05-23T and KPPRAActive Taxpayer's Certificate).

7. A complete set of bid solicitation documents may be obtained on submission of a written application Four day prior to the opening date from the office of the "Executive Engineer C&W Mega Project Division, Mardan" on cash payment non-refundable fees amounting to Rs. 10,000/- (Photo state Charges only) any working hours otherwise bid submitted without these documents will be considered as non-responsive.

8. Venue of bids opening is office of the Executive Engineer C&W Mega Project Division, Mardan.
