TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.   As per in attached advertisement.

2.   The REQUIREMENT WITH bid (i) Rene copy in LCB (ii) Photcopy of NationalC-N-IC

(iii) PEC Registration 2020-21.

3.   According to KPPRA Notification No. KPPRA/M&E/Estt:/1-1/2019-20 dated 12^th June, 2020,

i)                 abobe & belo won MRS applicable.

ii)               %age bid security shall be 2% of the engr esti.

iii)             In case of bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only to extent of bid more than 10% below the engineer estimate in the form of financial difference occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below engineer estimate.

iv)              In such eventually , the successful bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security within three ( 03 ) working days from the issuance of letter of acceptance failing which entity shall forfeit the bid security of successful bidder and may also initiate legal proceeding against the bidder who repudiated the contract under KPPR procurement rules.

v)               The procuring entity may offer the contract to next lowest bidder after due diligence in the context of financial difference such two bids and the market analysis in order to discourage (as in advts)

4.   As per Advertisement attchd.

5.   All Federal and Provincial duties/ stamp duties and other taxes will be recoverable as per directives of the Government issued from time to time.

8.   Registration along with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa revenue    authority is essential as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa finance act XXI (2013) schedule.
