Corona virus: In spite of Vaccine 2 million would die globally: WHO says

The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that the corona virus could cause up to 2 million deaths worldwide before effective vaccines are widely utilized in the longer term.

The head of the WHO’s emergency department, Dr Mike Ryan, said the deaths could rise if concrete steps weren't taken globally.
Since, the onset of the Corona epidemic in China, the virus has killed a million people worldwide. The amount of individuals infected with the corona virus has been steadily rising and has thus far infected 32 million people worldwide.

"Corona virus is increasing alarmingly," said Dr. Ryan, pertaining to the growing number of epidemics in Europe, he urged European countries to undertake to seek out for themselves whether or not they have taken all precautionary measures like testing and tracing, quarantine and social distance to avoid sanctions like lockdown. Chatting with reporters at the planet Health Organization's headquarters in Geneva, Dr Ryan said.

He added that with the development within the treatment of the epidemic, the death rate is decreasing. But good treatment and an efficient vaccine might not be enough to stop these deaths from reaching 2 million.
Dr. Ryan called on governments round the world to use all available means to regulate the spread of the epidemic, asking, "Are we able to avoid this death toll?"

The-Global-Situation:
Strict social distance and business restrictions are being imposed round the world to stop the second wave of corona and limit its spread. The Spanish government has proposed a partial lockdown in Madrid, where the amount of Corona victims is once more rising sharply. Local authorities have tightened restrictions in some districts of the town to scale back the spread of corona, which has affected a few million people.

New sanctions are imposed within the UK following new cases of corona.
The US is that the most affected country within the world by Corona and therefore the number of victims there's increasing daily. Business restrictions are lifted in some states.
Dr. Anthony Fauchi, an epidemiologist within the US , said that the primary wave of corona virus within the US has not yet been eradicated because there has been no significant reduction within the number of latest cases since the outbreak began.
