Irrigation Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to invite Electronic Bid on Single Stage Single Envelop Procedure for the following works, from eligible Firms/Contractor having enlistment & renewal for the year 2022- 23 and valid PEC license in the relevant category.

TENDERS IN OFFICE OF CHIEF ENGINEER (NORTH) IRRIGATION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

01. Bid Soliciting Documents containing instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions, advertisement for Notice Inviting Bids and required forms to be filled by the bidders can be downloaded from the official website of Irrigation Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (www.irrigation.gkp.pk)

02. The bidders should submit their E-bid as per KPPRA Notification No.SRO (14)-Vol/1-24/2021-22, dated 10-05-2022.

03. All Bidders are required to have valid Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2018 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act, XXI of 2013)

04. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid as per Para 47(1) of KPPRARules 2014 by assigning cogent reason.

05. The interested Firms/Contractors may obtain clarification regarding bid solicitation documents during office hours on any working day from the office of Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation Division-II.

06. Venue of Bids opening is office of the Chief Engineer (North) Irrigation Department Warsak Road Peshawar however, the Contractors must prepare their CDR's i.e. 2% Earnest Money and Additional E/Money (if any) in the name of Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation Division-Il Matta and should ensure its submission with their bids. In case of failure their bids would be rejected and punitive action should be initiated against the defaulter as per KPPRAAct/Rules.
